A one-time build, then a monthly retainer
The build fee covers the upfront work — your website, store or app. For Apex, the build (from ₹3,50,000) covers the custom site and a cross-platform Android & iOS app of up to 10 screens; each extra screen is ₹25,000 (+ GST).
GST is extra on rupee prices
18% GST is added to every price shown in rupees. Retainers are billed monthly in advance.
A minimum term per package
6 months for Launch and Scale, 12 for Enterprise, 24 for Apex. Ending a retainer early means the remaining months of the minimum term are payable. After that it runs month to month, and you can stop any time.
Ad spend is separate
You pay Meta and Google directly for the media they run; our fee covers managing that spend, not the spend itself.
Outside India?
Each package shows its monthly price in USD. For clients outside India our work is an export of services, so USD prices carry no GST. We quote the build fee with your scope. You pay by international bank transfer to our Indian account; the bank details come with each invoice. We don't take international cards, and the Revenue Leak Report and Leak Check credits are sold in rupees only.
Social media
Every package sets up your profiles in your name: Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest, WhatsApp Business and Google Business Profile, plus others relevant to your business, with the same handle on each wherever it is free. Your link-in-bio is a page on your own website, so the visits and analytics stay yours; it does not count toward your build's page limit. We manage the number of channels in your package, and your monthly content is shared across them.
Designs and content
A design is one finished graphic, such as a post, story or banner; resizing it for another platform is part of the same design. A content piece is one post, carousel or blog article, or, where your package includes video, one short video of up to 60 seconds edited from footage you supply or from stock footage; filming and longer videos are quoted separately. Each design and content piece includes 2 rounds of changes; further rounds count as a new piece. Your monthly allowance is for that month: unused designs and content pieces do not carry over.
What a build includes
Each build has a set number of pages, products uploaded and integrations (see the package). A page is one distinct page of the site, such as home, about, a collection or category, contact or a policy page; the individual product pages created from your catalogue count as products, not pages. A product is one product uploaded with its photos, description and variants. An integration is connecting one outside service, such as a payment gateway, shipping, WhatsApp, email marketing or a reviews app. More than that is quoted separately. Every build also includes a speed pass before launch (images, code and loading tuned for Google's Core Web Vitals; scores also depend on your platform, theme and apps, so we don't promise a number) and a mobile-first accessibility baseline (readable text, large tap targets, colour contrast and keyboard use).
What the Apex app includes
Sign-in by email or Google. SMS (OTP) sign-in is available, with message charges billed to you at cost. We submit the app to Apple and Google and handle their review feedback; approval and timing are their decision, so we don't promise a go-live date. The app is published under your own Apple and Google developer accounts, so the store listings are yours, and once fees are paid you own its source code. Checkout uses the store's existing checkout. A custom backend, admin panel, in-app payment gateway, offline mode or third-party integrations are quoted separately.
App maintenance vs new app work
Apex's monthly fee keeps your app working as Android and iOS change: compatibility updates, crash fixes and app-store compliance. New features or screens are new work, quoted separately.
Editing an Apex site
Your custom-coded site comes with a content editor, so you change text, images and blog posts yourself. On top of that, we make up to 5 change requests a month for you — one change to one page or section each. New pages or layouts are quoted separately.
AI agents and fair use
AI agents are coming soon: you pick them from the agent library above, and every agent hands over to a person, with the full conversation, when a customer needs one. Each package will include a monthly allowance of agent conversations, with a published overage rate for usage above it. Both are set for each package before agents go live.
What's not included
Ad spend (paid to Meta and Google), fees paid to influencers and creators, Shopify plan fees and paid Shopify apps (paid to Shopify), email marketing tool fees (such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp), Meta's WhatsApp conversation charges, SMS sign-in message charges, payment-gateway fees, Apple and Google developer-account fees for an app, premium domains and extra domains (at cost), and unusually heavy traffic on an Apex site (at cost).
Changing packages
Upgrade any time (prorated, and the new package's minimum term starts then). Downgrade from your next billing month once your minimum term is complete. Upgrades don't include the higher package's build: new build work is quoted, and you pay at least the difference between the two build fees. Your price is held for your minimum term or 12 months, whichever is longer (24 months on Apex), then reviewed at most once a year with 30 days' notice.
Support
Mon–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST, excluding public holidays. Response times by package are in the table above; anything unresolved can be escalated to your manager or straight to our founder.
