What's included

Every line below is in the packages as written; the exact numbers for your tier are on the package cards.

The build

Launch: a website of up to 5 pages and 1 integration. Scale: a Shopify store or WordPress site, up to 10 pages, 50 products and 2 integrations. Enterprise: 25 pages, 200 products, 5 integrations. Apex: custom-coded, with a content editor.

Speed pass and accessibility baseline

Images, code and loading tuned for Google's Core Web Vitals before launch; readable text, large tap targets, colour contrast and keyboard use on every page. Repeated every quarter on Enterprise and every month on Apex.

GST invoices and loyalty

GST-compliant invoices set up (GSTIN, HSN/SAC codes, tax breakup). From Scale, a referral and loyalty programme set up and managed. App fees are yours.

Hosting, domains, email

Managed hosting on Launch; Shopify or managed WordPress hosting on Scale and Enterprise; dedicated cloud on Apex. 1, 1, 3 or 10 domains. Business email on your domain: 2, 5, 10 or 25 mailboxes, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set.

Backups and security

HTTPS and monthly security updates. Backups weekly (kept 7 days), daily (30 days), daily (90 days) or hourly (1 year) by package; Shopify stores use a dedicated backup app, included. Staging from Enterprise.

Conversion work after launch

Heatmaps and session recordings from Scale (Microsoft Clarity, in your name). A conversion review with fixes every quarter on Scale, every month on Enterprise and Apex. Apex adds 5 site change requests a month.

By package

Each package includes everything in the one before it. Prices are monthly, + 18% GST; the one-time build fee is on the cards.

After launchRun

Monitoring, updates and backups; heatmaps and conversion reviews on Scale and above; your team trained to make small edits themselves.

Questions

Shopify or WordPress?

A Shopify store if you sell online, a WordPress site if you don't. Custom code is Apex only. A Shopify store's plan and app fees are yours.

Who owns the store?

You do. Your Shopify or hosting account is opened in your name from day one, and once the build fee is paid, the site and its content are yours.

What if I need more pages or products than my package?

Anything beyond the caps is quoted as extra build work. Upgrading a package later doesn't include the bigger build; the difference in build fee is quoted.

Is uptime guaranteed?

Uptime figures are targets, not guarantees, and no service credits apply. Enterprise and Apex target 99.9%; Apex adds 24×7 on-call with a 1-hour response to outages.

Do I get legal pages?

Templates for privacy, terms, refund and shipping pages come with every build, for your own lawyer to review before you publish them.

The rest of the team

One team runs all six; every package carries them together.
