You make outbound calls for our clients: cash-on-delivery confirmations, failed-delivery follow-ups and lead follow-ups. You also test the scripts for our voice-calls agent before it goes live.

Your first 90 days

Learn the call scripts and the call log
Handle a client's COD confirmation calls
Suggest script changes from real calls

You'll need

Clear spoken Hindi and English
Comfortable with scripts and call logs

Nice to have

One regional language
